Red Amaranth (Organic)
Everyone is calling this the new Kale!
Its been around since the Aztecs which apparently used to be up to 80% of their diet!
It's gluten free and packed with..thiamine, niacin, calcium, potassium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, and its leaves are a good source of vitamins A and C and folate. As well, its seeds are a great source of dietary fibre.
Basically it's very very healthy.
Stir-fry like we do! or chuck it in a salad!
